About the Training
The Michael Chekhov Acting Technique® equips the actor with practical tools that lead directly to the genuine expression of their personal capabilities and individual creativity.
It simultaneously develops the actor's conscious presence, creative willpower, and perceptive sensitivity.
This process activates every known and latent capacity of the actor, carrying them beyond their habitual limitations into a state of complete "naturalness". Its impact is immediately felt.
The actor learns to trust their own inspiration and capabilities, regarding everyone as a free creative artist.
One of its primary tools is imagination – awakening the imaginative faculty and creating living atmosphere. The actor can use an imaginary body or Psychological Gesture to create and discover their character. Through this, they explore the character's movement, speech, inner feelings, and the world in which the character exists.
About the Course
Throughout the course, through movement and imagination exercises, we create the opportunity for ourselves and fellow participants to unlock creative energies. With this energy, we connect to the centre of our chest (Imaginary Center), the surrounding space, and each other.
Completing the course creates the opportunity to develop creative energy and conscious presence. The conscious application of imagination and movement through experienced and expressed gestures becomes a clear, everyday tool for everyone.
Creativity and Inspiration – Michael Chekhov Acting Technique®
Michael Chekhov's method emphasizes awareness, the unfolding of creativity, and the strengthening of the performer's inner radiation. The fundamental pillars of the method are the "Psychological Gesture", the threefold unity of physical-spiritual function (will, feeling, thinking – Willing, Feeling, Thinking), their mutual interaction and harmony, as well as the conscious and purposeful application of imagination.
Through physical and mental exercises, our courses provide a space for participants to liberate, unfold, and fulfill their creativity, both for themselves and for the group.
In this way, we establish a connection with our imaginary centre (Imaginary Center), the world around us, and one another.
The trainings contribute to unlocking creativity and strengthening conscious thinking. Through conscious direction of imagination and movement, and through deeply experienced and manifested gestures, the technique becomes an accessible, intelligible, and daily creative tool for everyone.
During the intensive course, we call upon a monologue or poem to put the exercises into concrete practice. We present the result on the final day in the form of a studio theatre presentation.
The training series explores 6 central themes, supporting one another and enriching everyone with practical physical and spiritual knowledge easily applied in everyday life (personal self-awareness and consciousness) as well as during stage presence:

- Text and radiation
- Stage presence (monologue)

Levente Turóczi
My name is Levente Turóczi. Trainer, clown, actor, coach.
For more than 15 years, I have been working in drama and play pedagogy, and the development of emotional intelligence. I conduct trainings for actors, leaders, educators, adult education specialists, and university students. I have been a scout leader, monk, IT specialist, teacher, and foundation leader.
Currently I am a trainer, actor, and clown (Kvazi clown).
I graduated from the Baross Imre Circus Arts School in the Clown Department, and earned my Michael Chekhov teacher certification at the Michael Chekhov International Academy in Berlin.
